debemos tener en cuenta que en ningun momento debemos de dar tirones ni ayudarnos con la inercia para realizarlos, lo mas recomendable es, trabajarlos con un peso que podamos controlar para hacer los movimientos de manera correcta y despacion para aumentar el tiempo de tension en el musculo que es lo que cuenta, recuerden cuidar mucho el algulo de su espalda, de como estan iniciando el movimiento, de la velocidad de desplazamiento de la pesa y la cantidad de repeticiones, es importante tener estos aspectos en cuenta si es que queremos terminar la rutina y sentir que hicimos algo de trabajo, no hay nada peor que terminar todas las rutinas y sentir nada en nuestros musculos.
recuerden que lo que queremos es buscar el mayor resultado apegado a nuestras metas es decir, yo solo les recomiendo las posturas y concejos extras, pero los invito a investigar que cantidad de repeticiones funcionan para su objetivo y mas importante el peso con que realizaran dicha actividad, de esta manera ustedes también serán pensadores de su propio destino y como resultado secundario aprenderemos cada dia mas sin aveces darnos cuenta, me despido y les deseo un muy resto del día y una muy alegre vida, su servidor @alan8a .
