Me on my work

Just woke up this morning. And I remembered I have to be in school again. Today is Saturday but I can't rest ahhh... I decided to start with laundry, cause if I enter school now I won't be able to return till late evening. So I quickly washed my intented dirty clothes and get something stuffs on my pot. Lol man needs to fill the belly too. I cooked rice immediately just to avoid buying food later on. All these I did with 2 hours and some minutes. After eating I run quickly to school.

Sheived part of rice husks

I and my group members for our project work decided to meet today Saturday to sheive part of our components for our Reactive Powder Mortar RPM. Which is the rice husks fibre. This is what happened. We've gone with the work already. Cast a series of error works ummm. The rice husks we used in the last powder mortar contains fine particles which we supposed separate and as a result it gave us a poor results. So we are to destroyed everything and work on a new one.

Our materials

Let me tell you about my project. I'm working to evaluation of reactive powder mortar with rice husks fibre and some percentages of refined METAKAOLIN with PoP fibre in production of composite roof tile. Wow this interesting right? Yes it is. I was given this interesting topic by my project supervisor. Dr. Alao Timothy. The aim is to determine the strength of the product. With an advantage of using the available environmental materials around us to produce new building construction materials.

And this is what has been keeping me up and down all this while. I'm in the site with Babatee and Dyep my group members working on similar work. Sheiving to separate the rice husks from the dust on it.

These are the previous work we did, the crushed one and the proposed one yesterday. I'm just tired and decided to still keep on working.

The school is expecting us to finished everything before 25th of this month. And we are still lagging behind. But thank God for the great colleagues who also will not give up. We still pushing. A Saturday morning begin.
