The people we associate with will determine how successful we become.
This is a sentence that has been for centuries, we may or might not know that the people we walk or associate ourselves with mostly determine whether we will become successful or not.

We have to know that when we have a goal we have to pursue and make sure we get it, it won't be an easy feat to try to be successful alone but when you associate yourself with like minded people who share the Same goal as yours getting to success will be a lot easier. But when we have a goal and we associate ourselves with people with opposite opinion we stand a chance to be discouraged thereby leading to unsuccessful or unaccomplished goal.
We have to associate with people with like-minded goal to be able to walk through the phase to success quickly.
Take for example
You want to become a doctor and you are associating yourself with people who wants to become a lawyer or something else, clearly we can see that it is of two different phase of life. We have to associate with people who wants to become doctors so we can be successful in the area we have chosen.
Same applies to the real world when we want to achieve a goal and then we walk with people who will discourage us that will lead to nothing but failure. So it will be best to associate with people who share the same goal as you, so your path to success will be a lot easier than threading it alone .

I guess that is partially true that you need to associate yourself with like-minded people, but you also have to broaden your circle of friendships to be able to see from a different perspective. but always be cautious to not engage into toxic frienship
