On this occasion, I am still in this beloved Asean Hive community, on this occasion I have been elected as a malaria cadre. and also I will discuss about the Malaria Case Finding Training by Cadres (CWH) in the Special population at Grand Permata Hati Banda Aceh, we were there for 6 days starting from October 3 to October 8, 2022.

The purpose and intent of the establishment of the Malaria Cadre is to eliminate 19 Malaria Cases that still exist in Krueng Sabee District, Aceh Jaya Regency, Aceh Province. Because this area is recorded as the area or place most severely affected by malaria.

So for seriousness in handling this case, the local health office, and working with village heads to recruit villagers who have a special population, be it mining, forestry and plantations

To be made into Malaria Cadres, and we were immediately brought to the Province to be trained so that the cadres can have the ability to handle malaria cases in Krueng Sabee District

Until we got there at the Grand Permata Hati Hotel, where we practiced looking for skills or knowledge in the field of recognizing the symptoms or causes of malaria as well as the results of tests and treatment for malaria.

On the first day, we were given materials guided by Ms. Rina, Ms. Cut and Ms. Vera. At the beginning of the material we have to think first about What are the names included in the category of malaria?

Malaria is an infectious disease caused by Plasmodium parasites that live and multiply in human red julood cells. In Indonesia, Plasmodium that can be found in humans is. There are 5 types of Plasmodium Falciparum. Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium ovale. Plasmodium Malariae. Plasmodium Kenowlesi. This is the name of the disease that we must understand so that it is right on target when we are in the state of taking blood samples with the RDT tool.

So what are the symptoms of malaria?
Symptoms of malaria are high fever, chills sweating. Headache, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea. Achy muscle pain. Impaired consciousness.

And what causes malaria?
Malaria is transmitted through mosquito bites, mosquitoes bite sick sufferers, then transmit healthy patients.
