Fortaleciendo mi front lever.
Strengthening my front lever.Hola amigos de hive y compañeros de swc. El día de hoy decidí entrenar front lever para fortalecerlo y obtener más segundos en esta figura. El entrenamiento lo empecé calentando con dominadas para preparar los músculos de la espalda como los dorsales haciendo 6 series de 10 dominadas, luego seguí con 4 series de 5 dominadas en tuck front y aguante al fallo; luego de eso hice 4 series de aguante en half front al fallo para fortalecer la parte baja de la espalda y para finalizar hice estiramientos para aliviar la tensión muscular, sinceramente no alcancé a tomar foto porque ya estaba muy cansado y se me paso por alto jeje 😁.
Hello friends of hive and fellow swc members. Today I decided to train front lever to strengthen it and get more seconds in this figure. I started the workout warming up with pull-ups to prepare the back muscles like the dorsals doing 6 sets of 10 pull-ups, then I followed with 4 sets of 5 pull-ups in tuck front and hold to failure; after that I did 4 sets of half front hold to failure to strengthen the lower back and to finish I did stretching to relieve muscle tension, honestly I did not reach to take a picture because I was already very tired and I missed it hehe 😁.
