We dont have a relationship. I don't have any relationships I used to, and it was my everything—my happiness, joy, sadness, love, thoughts, my life, my dreams, my apparitions, my forgiveness, my heart—and in all of that, he was my star written in God's predestined book. We were meant for something, and I heard it when I saw him. Maybe it was just me reading everything wrong, but I felt that he was important to me some way, and I don't know why, but I had an instant feeling that we were going to be in each other's lives for a long time.

When does a toxic relationship start?

When your partner does not talk to you, does not trust you. This breaks the trust between you and your partner, and this leads to a fight between the two of you. This is stage 1 of a toxic relationship. In this, both of you do not talk to each other for a long time. Therefore, both of you get fed up with each other. After this, there are constant fights between you and your partner, due to which the distance between you two starts increasing. This leads to a trust issue between you two, and this trust issue itself leads to a lot of toxicity.

The best way to avoid a toxic relationship is to express yourself to your partner. Talk to each other and make a short note of all the problems. This will build the trust between you and your partner, and both of you will be able to live together happily. This will reduce the differences between you two. If you talk to each other nicely and respect each other. The main point of a relationship is that you respect each other, and you should not say that I am the dominant.

And actually, I want to say that relationships are the best thing in the world. A man and a woman should stay in a relationship because it is the most important thing in the world. Relationship, but in a human relationship, you get full satisfaction. You will be happy by this. You will be happy, your anxiety will be less, and you will stay away from diseases. When there is a relationship between meals, then why do you have to maintain it? It is a very important and necessary thing. This will reduce the toxicity between you and your partner, and this will make the relationship between both of you strong, and in the future you will only benefit.

Everything takes time to recover, and when you are in a toxic relationship, give time to your partner and give him some time because time heals everything. When you give him or her time and respect her personal space, you are able to see that it slowly and slowly repairs your and her toxicity into love, and trust me, if you give time to someone, your health also improves. Spent time alone, go to vication with your friends, have some good time to spend with friends, family, and your closer one, then you can recover from your toxic relationship.

CONCLUSION

I had known for awhile, too long actually, that my relationship was toxic and I was miserable. He kept instilling it in my head that I was just crazy and these problems didn't exist. So eventually I believed him. I started seeing a , determined to be a better me so I can stop beingcrazy and he'd love me.

Fast forward a few months into therapy and I was feeling good. I was happy, the kids were happy, I thought we were making progress. Yet he was still bitter, telling me its not enough, Im even more crazy now and need a mental hospital.
