Una tarde mágica (es/en)

Hola amigos, hoy quiero contarles sobre la tarde mágica que tuve el pasado sábado.
Primero debo decir que despues de una semana de mucho trabajo me merecía un buen descanso, asi que la mañana la dedique a dormir y reparar fuerzas. Luego de un buen baño salí de paseo con una tía que dice que no va a ningun lado y no se pierde una jajaja, ella es mi compañera en todas las peñas.

Hello friends, today I want to tell you about the magical afternoon I had last Saturday.
First I must say that after a week of hard work I deserved a good rest, so I spent the morning sleeping and repairing my strength. After a good bath I went for a walk with an aunt who says she doesn't go anywhere and doesn't miss a single one hahaha, she is my companion in all the peñas.

Esa tarde de sabado digo que fue mágica y para mi sí que lo fue porque pude conocer a dos personalidades de la radio en nuestro pais Pedro Martínez Arco y Hernan Yglesias. Pedro nació en Santis Spiritus y allí dió sus primeros pasos en el mundo radial, hasta que despues de pasar años aprendiendo se deicidió a irse para la capital. Actualmente trabaja en Radio Rebelde y es el sustituto de Marino Luzardo en el espacio Al mediodía. El otro invitado de la peña fue Hernan Yglesias, también locutor y director de programas en Radio Ariguanabo, la emisora municipal de San Antonio de los baños uno de los 11 municipios de la provincia Artemisa. Fue maravilloso para mí conocerlos, tener la oportunidad de saber sobre la vida de estos radialistas, con ese amor y pasión con la que hablan de la radio, los años de entrega a ella, y me sentí muy identificada con sus palabras, porque sólo los que amamos la radio sabemos la magia que se vive en ella y tambien cuantos sacrificios hay que hacer para estar y cuanto compromiso hay que tener con los oyentes. Personalemnte agradezco a la Uneac y Egrem de mi municipio por la oportunidad de disfrutar de espacios como este, donde además de conocer de la vida de los artistas invitados por el critico literario Fernando Rodriguez Sosa, quien es el anfitrión de la peña, en el local donde se realiza la peña que se llama Álbum cafe parque central, allí tambien uno puede deleitarse con música y un rico café. La peña se nombra Diálogo a viva voz y es una excelente oportunidad para conocer de la vida y obra de grandes artistas de nuestro país.

That Saturday afternoon I say it was magical and for me it was because I was able to meet two personalities of radio in our country, Pedro Martinez Arco and Hernan Yglesias. Pedro was born in Santis Spiritus and there he took his first steps in the radio world, until after spending years learning he decided to go to the capital. He currently works in Radio Rebelde and is Marino Luzardo's substitute in the program Al mediodía. The other guest of the peña was Hernan Yglesias, also a broadcaster and program director at Radio Ariguanabo, the municipal radio station of San Antonio de los Baños, one of the 11 municipalities of Artemisa province. It was wonderful for me to meet them, to have the opportunity to know about the life of these radio broadcasters, with that love and passion with which they talk about the radio, the years of dedication to it, and I felt very identified with their words, because only those who love the radio know the magic that is lived in it and also how many sacrifices you have to make to be and how much commitment you have to have with the listeners. I personally thank Uneac and Egrem of my municipality for the opportunity to enjoy spaces like this, where in addition to learning about the life of the artists invited by the literary critic Fernando Rodriguez Sosa, who is the host of the peña, in the place where the peña is held, which is called Álbum cafe central park, there one can also enjoy music and a delicious coffee. The peña is called Diálogo a viva voz and is an excellent opportunity to learn about the life and work of great artists of our country.

Otro momento especial lo viví entre familiares y amigos en el lobby del cine del municipio, en la peña del maestro Valentin Puentes, un referente para los músicos artemiseños, padre de Alex Cuba y Adonis Puentes, ambos cantantes que actualmente viven en Canada y quien además es tío mío. Este encuentro estuvo lleno de música con jovenes alumnos de Valentín que regalaron al público canciones bellas como Añorado encuentro, Pequeña serenata diurna, Amor a la distancia, Quien fuera, Arenas de soledad y otras. La buena música siempre presente y como dice el maestro "El arte ennoblece a las personas" y era verdaderamente increíble como todos escuchaban con mucha atención cada acorde y disfrutaban la música.

Another special moment I lived among family and friends in the lobby of the cinema of the municipality, in the peña of the maestro Valentin Puentes, a reference for the musicians of Artemis, father of Alex Cuba and Adonis Puentes, both singers who currently live in Canada and who is also my uncle. This meeting was full of music with young students of Valentin who gave the audience beautiful songs like Añorado encuentro, Pequeña serenata diurna, Amor a la distancia, Quien fuera, Arenas de soledad and others. Good music was always present and as the maestro says "Art ennobles people" and it was truly incredible how everyone listened attentively to each chord and enjoyed the music.

Después de los encuentros con los artistas, dos momentos de lujo, nos fuimos a tomar un helado de caramelo en el Coppelia y luego para luego regresamos a casa.
