Trip To Monal & Margalla Hills| Bike Tour

I hope you are in quite best of your mood.
As today is Sunday, so I woke up late at around 9:30am. I yawned a lil bit but I left my bed and took my toothbrush, soap and facewash and went to washroom. After getting free from washroom, I changed my dress and went to Mess for breakfast. It was Chicken Biryani(Rice) in the breakfast. I did my breakfast and Thanked Allah. Then I came back to the room and took my laptop and sat on the bed.

I got busy in study as I had to prepare a presentation for tomorrow’s lecture. After 3 hectic hours, I completed my presentation and started preparing it. After studying, I got tired and then took a nap.
I woke up at 3:00pm and checked my phone. My friend texted me for help as she had to complete her Research Article regarding Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD). She’s from Psychology department and she has to complete her research by tomorrow. So after helping her, I took a shower.

The day was very hot due to which I didn’t go outside. My cousin came from Sialkot and he is living in my room. So he said that we should make a plan to go somewhere this evening. So I gave him an idea about the Monal Restaurant because it is the view point from where we can get the whole view of Islamabad. Plus he hasn’t visited that place yet.

So we got ready, took our bike and started our journey.
Monal is a very beautiful restaurant which is located at the top of a mountain. It is almost 23kilometer from my hostel. I rode the bike slowly as there was huge traffic on the road due to the weekend.

We took our first stop near the turn which leads to Monal. We met few strangers and started our journey again.

As Monal is located at the top, so the bike was slowly going at the top.😄There were sharp turns and the roads were rushy. After covering the half distance, we stopped at a view point where we captured some photos and videos. The view from that point was marvellous.

As it was getting little dark, so we continued our ride towards Monal. After riding for 15 minutes, we reached Monal. It was rushy due to the weekend. I parked my bike and went towards Monal. The view was amazing and it fascinated me alot!🤩

We enjoyed the nature, captured some pics and saved the memories in the camera. The weather was pretty good as cold wind started blowing.

We felt hungry, so we took our bike and went back. My cousin told me to go to F-7 Markaz and lets eat some lavish food. So we went to F-7 Markaz and we saw that Sage Cafe is offering 50% on their entire menu.

I told my cousin lets experience their food. We went to the Cafe and checked their Menu. We came to know that they are offering discount on Lunch deals only.😭
We got pranked. We order Grill Sandwiches, Pasta and Steak.
They delivered the order within 20 minutes. The food was yummy but lil spicy. We enjoyed it. The service was 9/10, taste 9/10 and ambiance 7/10 as the elctricity went off. We paid the bill.

Then we had a cravings for some sweet. So we went to Layers Bakers and ordered Three Milk Sundae and a Red Velvet Cupcake.

Then we went to Sukhchain Family park and ate Layers sweets there.

After enjoying layers, we started our road ride and reached hostel at 11:40pm. I think i will always remember my yesterday as it holds precious space in my heart.
