Yesterday, we shattered a bus with other market women. We all went to the bush market as a union. As we got inside the bush market in Cross River State, we saw that the cost is wholesale foods stuffs we normally buy to resale to the public has increased than than the previous market price. All of us who went to the bush market were all stranded on how to buy those items. If we prove stubborn to buy those yam, potato, cocoyam, African local pear, and other eatable items. We'll find it difficult to sale to the public because already the cost of living in Nigeria is very high to eighty percent of average Nigerians.

Because we're already in the bush market, there's no way I'll go back to my place without buying any items to cover my transportation even if I don't see any profit.

As God may have it, groundnut was the only items in the bush market that's cheap to buy. My close business counterpart went ahead to buy groundnut since the price was cheap. I was standing there wash her buy untill when she ask me if I'm not buying. I told her that I have not done groundnut business before. The woman told me not to worry she'll teach me how to go about the business. I have to buy two basins of raw groundnut. I bought the groundnut to see if I can manage to handle the business.

The woman made me understand that groundnut is a lucrative business that a lot of people think there's no money from it. The solution to this problem is to soak them inside water after sale and then warm it the next morning.
