hello everyone, in this post I want to share a crispy purple eggplant recipe, hmmm, as the name suggests, this processed eggplant is very delicious friends, some time ago this recipe also went viral on several social media, but this time I just had the chance to try it myself and for the first time I made crispy eggplant and for the results I was very satisfied because it turned out to be in accordance with my expectations, it turned out that this crispy eggplant was not only beautiful but the taste was also very delicious, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, wow, what a perfect combination, I think friends - all friends should also try this one recipe
The ingredients needed to make crispy eggplant are as follows:
1 chicken egg
100 grams of bread flour
200 grams of all-purpose flour
The steps for making crispy eggplant are as follows:
(1) take one purple eggplant and cut it into pieces and then after cutting it peel the skin and after that start cutting the purple eggplant in the shape of a bloom by cutting the flesh in the opposite direction
(2) then after that take the eggplant that was cut earlier and then soak it in salt water for about 2 minutes so that all the dirt is gone
(3) and after that, start preparing the ingredients for dipping the purple eggplant, including all-purpose flour mixed with water and one chicken egg that has been shaken off
(4) first dip the purple eggplant into the egg, and then dip it into the all-purpose flour and the next step dip it into the breadcrumbs and coat it so that all parts are covered with the breadcrumbs
(5) then after everything is done prepare the oil for frying try to fry using medium heat tends to be small so it doesn't burn later
and after that the crispy eggplant is ready to be served with a cup of hot tea to accompany your relaxing time with your beloved family
