Today I took the initiative to make it myself at home, this lumpang cake is identical to the color green and also has a hole in the middle and a sprinkling of grated coconut, this is the characteristic of this lumpang cake, my little brother really likes this lumpang cake, he can finish several of these lumpang cakes in an instant
Before making this lumpang cake, I first looked at the lumpang cake recipe on the internet, so this is the first time I have made this pandan lumpang cake.
Ingredients for making pandan lumpang cake:
50 grams of tapioca flour
15 pandan leaves
110 grams of granulated sugar
550 ml of water
100 grams of grated coconut
How to make:
(1) The first step is to mix tapioca flour, rice flour and sugar, then add pandan juice gradually, stir using a balloon whisk until everything is dissolved and slightly runny.
(2) After that, brush oil on the mold and then steam the mold for about 2 minutes, then pour the pandan lumpang cake mixture into the mold. Don't fill the mold too full, just half.
(3) After that, steam for about 35 minutes until the lumpang cake is cooked. After the lumpang cake is cooked, remove it from the mold and coat it with the grated coconut that has been steamed. Do this until it is all used up. After that, the pandan lumpang cake is ready to be served with a cup of warm tea to accompany you.
