Today I want to make a fresh drink made from avocado, I think I have to make this drink just thinking about it, I'm very tempted, so I can't wait to make this fresh drink, avocado is a fruit that is very suitable for making any drink in the world. In Indonesia, avocados are often used as drinks, whether made into juices, smoothies and other drinks, therefore avocados are very popular in Indonesia.

The taste of avocado is very creamy, plus the addition of fiber cream will certainly make this drink very delicious

Ingredients for making avocado creamy chocolate jelly:

1 pack of chocolate jelly
1 ripe avocado
3 tbsp fiber cream
5 tbsp granulated sugar
500ml mineral water
100ml UHT milk
ice cubes as needed

how to make :

(1) The first step is that I make avocado juice first using 1 avocado, 3 tablespoons of fiber cream and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and I add 100ml of water then I puree it with a blender and add 100ml of UHT milk, mix well.

(3) After the avocado was finished I started making chocolate jelly, actually the method for making chocolate jelly is the same as making jelly in general, add 1 packet of chocolate jelly, 3 tablespoons sugar, 200ml water, mix well and cook the jelly for about 10 minutes while stirring.
