hello everyone, back again with me on this occasion I want to make a side dish for our lunch, today my husband asked me to cook just stir-fry vegetables, but this time the stir-fry is a little different from usual, today I made this stir-fry into a special stir-fry

These are carrots, green beans and also tofu, these are vegetables that are rich in fiber, here I use a little spice to make my dish more flavorful and a little different from the usual stir-fry, actually this is not a spice, it's just that I don't sauté sliced ​​onions, I Immediately grind the onion seasoning so that it will penetrate more into my cooking, giving a strong aroma and taste to my cooking

Ingredients for stir-fried vegetables:

2 carrots
100grams of beans
1 tomato
2 know

ground spices :

3 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 cayenne peppers / pepper can also be used



how to make :

(1) The first step is to peel the skin of the carrots then cut the carrots according to taste, then wash the carrots and set them aside for a while

(2) then take 100 grams of beans then cut according to taste and after all the beans are used up then wash them clean and after that put them together with the carrots.

(3) then take the diced tofu, wash it clean and add a little salt then fry briefly until brown and drain

(4) After that, prepare the spices, including shallots, garlic, cayenne pepper, then grind them until smooth using a little water, then saute the ground spices in a little oil.

(5) then add all the vegetables that have been cut, cook until the vegetables are slightly wilted, then add the fried tofu and then add a little salt and seasoning if you want to cook until the vegetables are cooked.
