76ers lose again Monday... | Seeking Fifteenth win against Wizards tonight
Well I thought the Sixers had some momentum about a week and a half ago. Maybe they did. But when you can't tell who is going to be on the court on any given day, it's pretty hard to actually maintain progress. Embiid was out again Monday. Not only that, but Drummond was out too. When both of the team's primary big men aren't on the floor against Durant, Booker and Beal, odds are you're going to have a bad time.
It's not even that the Sixers are bad, they just aren't good. If that makes sense. Frankly, they're a hair below average and it's just a meh feeling. It's pretty clear that this whole 'ramp up' plan with Embiid and even George is simply not working. The Sixers are getting exposed lately. They're just old. I don't even blame Nick Nurse. How is a coach supposed to coach when it's like he has a whole new team every single night?
Tonight, the Sixers play one of the worst teams in the league in the Wizards. I'd like to assume the Sixers win but, I feel like this is a fairly evenly matched game at this point. Especially considering Embiid is out AGAIN along with George. Drummond is also a big question mark.
Yikes. Big Yikes. I guess a win will be good here and maybe those guys can try to get healthy.
This team is such an enigma. Let's see how it goes. Regardless.....
