Hello friends, today we have prepared two different and high-protein foods
One is veal steak and the other is bitter cutlets.

I have been removing rice from my food basket for about a month
And instead I use a variety of salads and steamed vegetables and fermented vegetables

Chicken cutlets are also a good food for variety

Chicken cutlets are different from mutton cutlets
Obviously, meat cutlets are tastier, but for variety and for protein, they are a good dish that I served with salads.

Sometimes I eat eggs because they have enough vitamins and proteins

Also, I cooked the mashed tomatoes with animal oil and olive oil and gave it a little on the fire to cook well, try it because it will be very tasty next to the cutlets

I hope that with this way of eating, I will be able to get healthier and be able to get rid of the excess fat in my body
