Hello my dear friends,Today, we have prepared a selection of healthy foods and boiled and fried vegetables.

I basically love vegetables, but I didn't have them on my daily menu, but now I use them more consciously.

Fermented pickles are one of the good sources of nutrients necessary for body and Bowel

I have been familiar with fermented pickles for a year
And it's very easy to make.
Some of us know that the gut is an essential and important organ in the body and has an important responsibility.

I make my own fermented pickles at home
We have to eat cabbage and other vegetables and put them in a jar
Then add 3 tablespoons of salt for each liter of water

And close the door and keep it in the cupboard in a dark place for 5 days, and then put it in the fridge and ready to eat it.
Inside it produces bubbles, and they are the beneficial bacteria of the intestines and the best food for the intestines.

I suggest having pickles and fermented vegetables in your daily menu, and they are also very delicious.
