What killed me, Girl or Car?

I remember a few years ago I almost get hit by a car because I was fear and shy to talk to a girl in time. I know you will laugh at me after reading but don't judge me, we are not born equal.

Being an introverted soul is not easy at all, sometimes it takes lot of time for someone like me to express their feelings. And that was what lead me to this hilarious situation when I laid my eyes on one stunning girl I have been hyped longtime in my neighborhood but my fear and shyness always held me back from approaching her directly.

I know this girl and her name is Princess, her energetic walking and smile is what makes me develop a strong feelings for her, and I wish to become her friend but you know we never been into talk before that will extremely difficult for kind of person I am.

However, one sunny afternoon, I spotted her walking gracefully down the street. Immediately I saw her my heart started pounding, but it was a great opportunity to approach her. But instead of calling her immediately I saw her, I began to follow her I don't want people watching gaze at me. I think that is because I don't have enough courage. My plan was to gather the courage to approach her when were in a secluded place, away from prying eyes. Lol

Honestly that was my first time trying to approach a girl, I have to follow her from one junction to another just because I was anticipated to talk to her. I followed her to a busy intersection still I never approach her, as she was ready to cross the road I know if didn't act swiftly I will miss the chance.

With a surge of adrenaline, I sprinted towards her, waving my hand hoping to catch her attention before she cross the road. She spotted me after she cross the road, and wave back asking me to come across. That happiness when she ask me to come across, my nerves get the best of me and I was so excited as if I won a jackpot of $10 million.

The time she is waiting for me across, the road was busy with cars and I couldn't make my way across in time. The time I was eager to cross the road I don't notice a car was approaching faster, everyone shout as I almost run into the car.

Everyone start blaming my impatient, including the girl. Immediately I finally get across, I told her "I saw you from afar and couldn't resist the chance to talk to you. My name is Yemi". That is all what I say to her. She smiled warmly and replied, "thank you, can I go now." I replied Yes!

However, imagine if maybe I got hit by a car, what will people say it killed me, Girl or Car?
