Review Coffee Mountain Bean

  It is a pleasure for me to visit this beautiful community, which is like my second home and to be able to share with you a new coffee review, I owe this discovery to my father, who came home and wanted to drink coffee and we did not have any, so he went to buy and returned with a small presentation (100 grams) of the coffee that I will present to you today.

I must say that I had seen this coffee on the shelves, but I had not bought it because I gave priority to other things, but it turned out that the way in which I got to know it, made me know that it is worth it because from the beginning I can tell you that I loved it very much.

The Grano de Montaña coffee has to begin with a pleasant presentation that calls the attention to its packaging in black and blue tones that makes it stand out and I do not know why it also reminds me of one of the most sold brands of sugar in my country, I must say that I did some research and I did not find any relation, but I did discover that its name is due to the fact that the area in which this coffee is grown is mountainous, Biscucuy, Portuguesa State in Venezuela, which is part of the Venezuelan Andes.

On the other hand, its color is perfect coffee, it is neither too light nor over roasted, I think we have all seen some over roasted coffees that are almost black, some with good flavor, others not so much, in this case Grano de Montaña has the perfect tone, its smell is also pleasant, I would not say that it is penetrating but it has a pleasant smell.

Now, as for the litmus test that is the preparation and the respective tasting, I loved its flavor, because I found no bitterness at any stage and I love that, especially for my gastritis issue and its smell once prepared is also very pleasant.

To give you an idea of how much I liked this coffee after trying it when I went shopping I saw it in a store and I did not hesitate to bring it back home, but in the presentation of 200 grams and it was also a little cheaper than the one we usually buy at home, my husband accepts it, but he is not totally convinced, but I am, so if I am the one who is going to buy coffee and I find this one and cheaper I will not hesitate to bring it home.

In closing, the Grano de Montaña coffee is a good option for those who like a coffee without bitter taste, it is balanced, I say goodbye hoping that everyone enjoys this week of delicious cups of coffee.

 Es grato para mí visitar esta linda comunidad, que es como mi segundo hogar y poder compartir con ustedes una nueva reseña de café, este descubrimiento se lo debo a mi padre, que llego a casa y deseaba tomar café y no teníamos, por lo que fue a comprar y regreso con una presentación pequeña (100 gramos) del café que les presentaré hoy.

Debo decir que este café lo había visto en los anaqueles, pero no lo había comprado por darle prioridad a otras cosas, pero resultó que la manera en la que lo he conocido, me hizo saber que vale la pena porque de entrada les digo que me ha encantado y mucho.

El café Grano de Montaña tiene para comenzar una presentación agradable que llama la atención su empaque en tonos negro y azul que lo hace distinguir y no sé por qué me hace recordar también una de las marcas de azúcar más vendidas en mi país, debo decir que investigue un poco y no conseguí relación alguna, pero si descubrí que su nombre se debe a que la zona en la que cultivan este café es montañosa, Biscucuy, Estado Portuguesa en Venezuela, la cual forma parte de los Andes Venezolanos.

Por otro lado, su color es café perfecto no es ni muy claro ni pasado de tostado, creo que todos hemos visto unos molidos pasados de tono que llegan casi al negro, algunos con buen sabor, otros no tanto, en este caso Grano de Montaña tiene el tono perfecto, su olor también es agradable no diría que penetrante a fondo pero con olor agradable.

Ahora bien, en cuanto a la prueba de fuego que es la preparación y la respectiva cata, me encantó su sabor, pues no encontré amargura en ninguna fase y eso me encanta, sobre todo, por mi tema de gastritis y su olor una vez preparado también es muy agradable.

Para que tengan una idea de cuanto me ha gustado este café luego probarlo cuando fui de compras lo vi en una tienda y no dude en llevarlo de nuevo casa, pero en la presentación de 200 gramos y además estaba un poco más económico que el que solemos comprar en casa, mi esposo lo acepta, pero no está totalmente convencido, pero yo sí, así que si soy yo la que va a comprar el café y encuentro este y más económico no dudaré en traerlo a casa.

Terminando, el café Grano de Montaña, es una buena opción para los que les gusta un café sin sabor amargo, es equilibrado, me despido esperando que todos disfruten esta semana de ricas tazas de café.
