Good and bad moments

In my high school years I was a happy young girl, but of all those years, one in particular is the one I remember the most, because besides enjoying it, the neglect of my studies brought consequences, I must have been 15 or 16 years old, I was in the 1st year of the diversified cycle and I remember clearly that I was part of the C section.

Now, what was so special about that year was the number of evening parties we had, I don't really remember who was the first of my classmates to propose the idea, but when we did not realize it, every Friday at a classmate's house we had what is known as a matinee, because it is a party that starts after noon and ends at approximately 7 pm.

Our matinees became so well known that the other sections that were in the same school year, wanted to attend our parties and the truth was that they were so healthy and fresh that there was never a problem in any of them, our only interest was to dance, eat some appetizers and have a good time, plus there were always adults present.

The good thing was that to this day we companions keep in touch, we have a WhatsApp group and we have had three reunions of which you can see some pictures.

As for the bad, in my particular case I neglected my studies, one of the subjects because I was lazy and two because I did not understand them and did not seek help, so although I tried to repair the damage, I could not and I lost the school year. So I had to repeat it.

As you can imagine, my mother had already noticed the situation and had called my attention to it, but she let me live in my own flesh that phrase, every action has consequences, so I spent all the vacations studying and I hardly went out because I was punished, as you can imagine I never wanted to go out again.

In conclusion, this is my story of a moment in my life that brought good and bad moments, thus ends my participation in the Weekend-Engagement #218.
