Iniciando el Carnaval en Tenerife (Recinto Ferial Santa Cruz)🎭🎉 [ESP-ENG]

Dicen que los Carnavales en Tenerife están entre los mejores del mundo. Algunos dicen que son los mejores del mundo. Yo, como venezolano, me inclinaría a decir que Brasil tiene los mejores del mundo, pero ya que no conozco mucho de Brasil ni soy tan cercano a su cultura, entonces me parece que los de Tenerife ¡Son los mejores del mundo!

Les comparto estas fotografías del pasado 31 de enero, en un evento realizado en el Recinto Ferial de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Era la primera vez que asistía a un evento en dicho recinto. Se celebraba la elección de la reina mayor del carnaval. Fue bastante ameno, con un par de anfitriones que sabían entretener al público.

En el evento, 7 reinas provenientes de distintas zonas de la isla se disputaban entre sí la victoria en el evento para ser la reina de los mayores del carnaval. Es probable que debido a esto que en el público habia una gran cantidad de personas de edad mayor.

Hacia el final del evento, llegó al escenario un grupo llamado "Azúcar Moreno" un dúo musical de dos españolas que cantaron al público algunas canciones muy movidas, pero la que más me gustó fue la de "Sólo se vive una vez". Yo no conocía este grupo musical, debo confesar que de música española pop no conozco más allá de Mecano y La Oreja de Van Gogh😅 (anotado para conocer más de la cultura española...).

Este año serán mis primeros carnavales en Tenerife. En los próximos días habrán más eventos y seguramente les traiga un video de 3Speak sobre los carnavales en Tenerife. Aunque en Venezuela ya había asistido a eventos similares a este, creo que ninguno con un escenario tan elaborado. Estar allí me hizo pensar en lo que Venezuela alguna vez fue. En algunas secciones del evento, algunas agrupaciones culturales hicieron sus presentaciones y actos.

Algunas agrupaciones tenían cantos y canticos sobre la historia y cultura canaria, otras cantaban sobre cosas un poco más modernas y atrevidas. Ya anteriormente había presenciado los carnavales de Arona, y realicé un post en mi blog de Hive y video de 3Speak al respecto. Dichos carnavales se realizaron en el sur de la isla, y fueron muy buenos. Los de Santa Cruz son los más grandes de la isla, pronto los presenciaré por primera vez.

Creo haber escuchado que los carnavales son unas fechas muy celebradas en Canarias y en España, y es que incluso el ambiente está más "caliente". Las temperaturas de invierno han subido un poco en los últimos días. En Tenerife hay un clima ideal cuando se acerca la primavera. Muchas personas me han hablado bien del carnaval y de lo mucho que se disfruta, así que vamos a ver qué tal.
