Which Summoners should you upgrade?
A couple of days ago, I made a video about how to avoid common mistakes while upgrading your Splinterlands cards. As a comment to that post, I got some questions regarding the summoners.
They play a very central role in your game and it's very important to find a good strategy to upgrade them. You need to look at the quality of a summoner, at its rarity but also whether it's available or not. In the video I try to show you some things that you should pay attention to when you plan to upgrade your summoners.
However, I believe that at the moment the best strategy is not to upgrade summoners at all. More about that in the video :-)

Thanks a lot for your feed-back. The situation in the game is quite exceptional with all these new players that have joined and things that were ok in the past are simply more difficult. It's the same with the summoners. In the past we could simply choose which summoner we wanted to develop. Now I think it will be more about finding some opportunities to upgrade summoners.

Seriously though, he's so powerful for newer players. Just a no brainer when you are getting started!
Mylor is almost unfairly strong at lower levels. Since basic cards seldom have more than 1 range or magic attack and they have higher melée attack, this summoner is simply too powerful. A no brainer :-)

Yeah, the best move is definitely to wait for CL. You really don't want to upgrade an overpriced summoner that may not be very useful in the new meta after CL.
Exactly, it's worth to wait a bit and probably these summoners will have a big print rate and it will be quite cheaper to upgrade them.
