Romania: The Big Short

We’re just two weeks away from Christmas, and on December 1st, we had parliamentary elections. It’s downright unimaginable how soulless these bastards are to schedule elections on National Day. And before that, back in November, we had presidential elections...

That didn’t go well at all. For the second election round (yes, that’s how we roll in Romania if no candidate gets 51%), a surprise candidate made it to the runoff. Naturally, the leeches running this country weren’t having it. They pulled the Constitutional Court card, claiming “Russian interference,” and canceled the elections altogether.

So now, we’ll have new elections sometime in the spring. Why’s all this happening? The official story is that this unexpected candidate, who won the majority in the first round, could actually bring meaningful change to Romania. The second?

There’s a massive short on the Romanian currency (RON), placed by major American players since November. Big money is betting the RON will tank against the Euro, and they need internal conflict to make it happen. To destabilize a currency, you need chaos, and this election fiasco has stirred the pot quite nicely.

Adding to this mess, George Soros’ son recently visited Romania. And given what we know about the elder Soros, I can only imagine Jr. isn’t here for sightseeing—he’s likely here to fan the flames for profit, riding on their short against our currency.

What scares me most, though, is the thought of NATO and our hypocritical politicians dragging us into the Russia-Ukraine war. We already have NATO-built rocket-launching sites and American troops stationed here for years. My fear is that the big players betting against our currency know the war might escalate with Romania’s direct involvement.

Personally, I doubt it’ll come to that. If Trump regains office, the war’s likely over—America won’t fund it anymore. Without U.S. backing, Ukraine would struggle to hold its ground against Russia. But if I’m wrong? I’m not getting involved.

I’ll leave this country if I have to, by any means necessary. I’d rather go to jail or risk getting shot than “defend my country” in a baseless military conflict.

It’s mind-blowing how easily big money can destroy a nation or sow chaos just to cash in on their bets. Frankly, it’s disgusting. These endless crises fuel the war-mongering lizards who thrive on chaos, and I hate them for it.

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian

Russia is a parasite that has plauge Europe for long. Its trying to destabilze and split Europe up because they know as individuals we cant match up with Russia. As a collective Russia cant do shit.

I look forward to the they we can just cut them, they can have fun with own lands and leave Europe alone.

Just my to cents.

There would have been no war in Ukraine if NATO didn't start it all. NATO and EU has done more harm to my country than Russia.

Trust me, EU have pumped more money in Romania than Russia have ever done.

Just look at Belarus and see how your life would have been under Russian influence.

Why do we have to be under any influence? The EU pumped money into my country so it can own it. We don't have any sovereignty anymore.

Thats ideal, but its not how reality works. Russia looks at small countries they can influence. Look at Georgia and Armenia.

But ofc if your people want out its just to leave. Look at UK?

Do you really think Belarus can say FU to russia if they wanted?

Agree with you, they put more money into war and propaganda and manipulation, rather then investing in their shithole of country. Country with the highest HIV infestation per capita North of Africa, and 3rd country in the world on drug consumption. Why would anyone want to be friends with them?

@alexvan totally agree. I am so tired of a country that just try to undermine and destroy.

EU isnt perfect but choose that 1000 times before to live in the shithole called Russia.

And note, this doesnt mean I hate all russians. Its just the system and leader which can never be a part of Europe as it is right now.

That was fake news. That guy with the short, presented RON as Ronin coin to the USD chart.

I found both candidates lacking conviction, but Romania has never had a good or decent candidate since '89. The people who are able will never make it in politics.

Quite fair. They wouldn’t make it or simply don’t care.

Hopefully y'all get your fake election sorted before the US sends in troops and installs a puppet regime

Fun fact: this surprise winner of the first round is supported by RFK JR. The troops are already here... In regards to Soros, almost every so-called protest or manifesto in the world is his work. That guy is a lizard...
