On The Road

The Danube's Whirlpools area is probably one of the most spectacular near my hometown, and as much as I like going by boat there, I also enjoy driving on its twisted roads.

A good friend of mine is in town for a few weeks and, so far, we haven't hung out much. He has a baby girl, and raising a kid requires much more time and attention than it used to. The kid went to visit her aunt today, and I joined the visit.

It was raining when we left home, and when we returned a few hours later, it was still raining. Luckily, the village where we visited was sunny and warm. I really don't like rain during summer.

Unfortunately, although we didn't stay too long there, no worries, tomorrow the sun will return, and we have no sign of rain until... Probably September...

The main character of the story is the adorable Aylin, who already has a whole post dedicated to her on my blog. She was quite vocal when we left the village but fell asleep almost as soon as we got in the car.

Unfortunately, we couldn't stop anywhere on the road because we were in a rush to get her parents back home on time and put her to sleep. Otherwise, these road trip photos would have been of much better quality.

You can get a glimpse of the twisty roads I'm talking about though. The road conditions are good, with a rating of 7/10, but traffic is almost non-existent, making it easy to cover miles in the SUV.

Anyway, that's it from my side for now. I wish you all a great day, and see you all next time.

Thanks for your attention,
Adrian

Twisty roads by the Danube sound like a great drive, especially with sunny breaks during rainy weather. Enjoy the trip brother
