Wednesday lunchtime. Went out to Tiong Bahru food centre from office for lunch.
星期三午餐时间。从办公室出去到中巴鲁熟食中心吃午餐。

It was peak lunch hour and quite crowded.
当时正值午餐高峰期，人很多。
Wanted to get some soup as was recovering from a flu.
想喝点汤，因为正在从流感中恢复过来。
Added a plate of bean sprouts and the lunch ended up costing $10. Over budget.
加了一盘豆芽，午餐最终花了 10元。超预算。
Just as well. Needed the energy to play pickleball in the night.

After the games, bought a bit of sushi home for dinner. They were only $1.60. So, these were under budget. 😎

Yes, over all two meals cost balance out. I usually don't eat much after the games unless I ended up eating with the gang.

It's a weekday and peak hour lunch time there.

The crowd there could only mean one thing- delicious meals, though very pricey.

There are many stalls offering different variety.
I could have a cheaper meal or not have the bean sprouts.
