My name is Chukwuma Chisom Amalachukwu, i am a native of Obosi, in Idemili North Local Government, Anambra. My friends call me Jerry. There's something interesting about my name that whenever I mentioned it, people will expect to see a lady but to their surprise i am a guy. Some of you here from igbo tribe can relate. I was born into a noble family of Ezechima, know as Umuezechima in Obosi, the name originated from Benin Kingdom. Ezechima has a great history and are known as the founding fathers of Obosi. They have a noble role as the king makers.

Brief History of Ezechima As I Heard from Elders
Ezechima was a man (believed to be a native doctor/healer) who originated from Benin Kingdom (the present Edo State). He left Bini in search of a new settlement because of the disagreement he had with the Oba of Benin. He headed eastward crossing, forest and rivers to settle in a region known as Onitsha and from Onitsha migrated to Obosi. The settling of Ezechima in Obosi brought the idea of Kingship and Ndi Ichie. Obosi community welcomed the idea and Ezechima crowned Eze Shimme, an indigenous Obosi man, as the first ruler of Obosi.

I am the second son of my parents, and i live in my home town (temporary, though, as i will be going for NYSC soon).
I have 2 siblings, an elder brother and a younger sister. My parents are civil servants, working in the education sector. My dad teaches at Grundtvig International Secondary School, Oba, while my mum teaches in Girls' Secondary School Oba.

I attended my elementary education at Central Primary School, Oba, and graduated in 2009. I completed my highschool at Merchants of Light School, Oba. I admitted in 2010 and graduated 2015.

Oba is a popular town in Anambra known for Obi Cubana (a successful entrepreneur) and Akwa Okuko(a yahoo native doctor).

It was difficult for me to graduate from my school when i had every reason to change school. During my highschool days, i was known for my quietness and fear of cane. It was as if my mathematics teacher was after me. Anyway, what do you expect from someone whose parents are teachers. Almost every staff member kept an eye on me, anyday i did something bad at school (like fighting) my parents would hear about it before i even got home.
Back then, I usually walked a long distance to reach my school, but I always arrived early. During my elementary education, I wasn't among the brightest pupils. I often found myself somewhere in the average category, this made me to be more focused on my studies so as to break that barrier. I didn't enjoy my high school much because it was more of reading. With one sitting in jamb i got admission to study Civil Engineering in Michael Okpara University, Abia State.

Civil engineering has always been my dream career and i was determined to give it my all.
My journey through school wasn't as smooth as it could have been. My admission came in October 2017, a time when my parents were not financially stable so some budgets for that month were laid off in order to meet up with the tuition fees. The course is said to be 5 years meaning that i should be graduating in 2021, however that was not the case. So many unforeseen circumstances kept arising, starting from asuu strike, covid-19 pandemic, students protesting increment in school fees leading to vandalization of school properties. However, to God be the glory, i wrote my final exam on September 22, 2023 and I've gotten my result statement, currently awaiting NYSC registration.

During my days in the university, i had the pleasure of improving my social life. I met people, i attended events, and i joined contest.

I can't forget to talk about my hubby

I enjoy cooking, i don't know if that sounds weird, but I'm one of those guys who genuinely enjoy cooking. I hardly eat out or eat people's food, that's as a result of some awkward experience I've had in the past. Most times, eating out make me purge, and seeing the dirty environment where these foods are prepared often makes me feel like throwing up. I am a lover of music, especially blues, afro beat and hip pop depending on my mood at that moment. Music is what i use to relax after the daily stress. Also during moments of weakness and depression i find strength in music. Some of my favourite singers include Sia, Asake, Omah Lay, Burna Boy, Davido. I also love video game, especially racing game (such as need for speed) and action games (such as ghost reacon). Apart from the fun that comes from video games, i also use them to unleash my revenge when am not in a good state of mind.
I really wish I were into football and basketball, but I had a life threatening accident while playing football, so I quit.

I first heard about hive.blog from my colleagues at school, but that was during the time i was busy with project work, so i didn't pay much attention to it. I later forgot about it totally until i came across a video in YouTube, the video explained hive so well that i had to look up for more video. I'm really happy to see how advanced web3 has become and i wish to learn more about hive and it's technology.
