旅行中的各種不適應

因為時差的原因，最近連寫文章的時間好像也無法好好固定下來，有很多陌生的事情必須適應，第一項就是時間，有時候想和家人聊個天，也無法找到適合的時間，久而久之，也就有點懶得聯絡~~

再來就是奇妙的日出日落，這裡的日出是早上5點，日落是晚上9點半，每次在晚上9點時，看著外面依舊光亮的天空，就覺得很難適應，一天裡的白天太過漫長，好像也無形弄亂了生理時鐘，總覺得我經常很想睡覺，也不知道是不是時差一直沒調好的關係。

天氣也是很令人捉摸不定，至少日夜溫差常常一不小心就差了10度以上，冷的時候氣溫掉到了10度以下，特別是搭配上下雨天，冷的感覺會更強烈，至於熱的時候可以達到25度，也是令人全身大流汗的程度。

有個好處是，相較於台灣的夏天，這裡的夏天還是比較不熱了，也算是一種避暑的感覺，可是這裡天氣很乾，乾到有時候皮膚都有點裂開的感覺，和台灣濕濕的空氣差別很大，所以又是個比較難適應的地方。

但人生裡，有機會嘗試各種不適應的地方，大概也還算是幸福的吧~~
