Working as a Chief Minister

Well, I don't like politics at all and I think that politics is a swamp because if we look at the situation of some countries, it is very bad and the reason for this is the current politics. Actually, if we look at it, the politics of any country has a huge contribution in its development. We can say that politics runs a country and the country which has good politics will definitely develop, but the country which has corrupt ministers in its politics will definitely go towards ruin one day or the other. If we talk about politics, there are different types of posts in the country and the biggest leader of every post is a minister and the minister is elected by the public. If we look at it, the entire control is in the hands of the minister and the department works on his decision only. If the minister is good, then he will develop his sector and due to his development, the state will also benefit somewhere by increasing the productivity of the sector.

If I get a chance to enter politics, I would like to become the Chief Minister of the state. A Chief Minister has all the power of the state and all the cabinet ministers of the state come under the Chief Minister. If we talk about the level of the whole country, then all these things come under the Prime Minister, so there is a different status there and it is very difficult to control the whole country. As a Chief Minister, first of all I would like to work for the education system of the state because education is a sector which is not always given much importance by the ministers. I think that the ministers of the country need to work a lot on the education system because today we see that the level of education in our country has fallen a lot and the biggest thing is that the children educated in private institutions move ahead but there are many classes in the country who cannot pay the fees of private institutions, so government institutions are the only option for them and if that option does not work in all ways, then the future of those children will be in danger. I will take a decision in the field of education that in all the government institutions of the state, a post should be created which will assess the teaching methods of the teachers and see how much more impact the teachers of government institutions are able to make on the teachers of big private institutions as compared to the teachers there and what kind of teaching they need to do so that the students understand the things properly.

After that, I will take the second step towards the health department and first of all, I will fulfill all the shortcomings in all the government hospitals, whether it is about laboratory equipment or lack of doctors, I will remove all those shortcomings. It is often seen that there are very few doctors available in government hospitals, so I will ensure that the required doctors are definitely available there so that the patient does not have to go far and gets treatment in the nearby city. Along with this, I will try to make a good system for medical services in remote villages so that there is no delay in treatment. After this, the biggest step I will take here is that the poor families should be given free treatment so that no person remains untreated due to lack of money.

After this I will get work related to the roads of the state so that people coming to the state get smooth traffic arrangements and at the same time the tourism sector also develops in the state. Proper road system is also important because many accidents happen every day which is also due to bad roads and due to lack of proper road system, many times terrible accidents happen due to which people have to face problems.

Then the last thing I would like to do is to completely eliminate corruption in all the government departments of the state. For this, I will create an online portal for every department in which all the work related to paying fees will be done through the online portal only and the general public will not need to pay money to the department. The online portal will be such that the fee has been deposited for any work and a fixed time period will be given to complete the work, then if he does not do the official work or is negligent in doing the work, then the officer will be given a show cause notice, if he is not able to prove his side, then the officer will be permanently suspended and all those officers will be dismissed who are negligent in doing their work.

If every Chief Minister of the state works in this way, I believe that every state can become better and if every state works in a proper systematic manner, then the country will become better. Every responsible minister of the country should do the work related to his department honestly so that his department works well and the minister himself should understand that the people of the country have given him responsibility and he should live up to it and never break the trust of the people.
