Is other's reaction/words affect your internal piece?

Often many times it happens that we take the reactions of others very seriously and many times their words affect us in such a way that our internal piece become break. It is often seen that those persons who are closest to us, their words have this effect in our lives. If something similar happens to you too, then I would say that this is one of the biggest slavery, that a person can control your emotions, whose words make you sad, his words make you angry or any feelings inside you. When it awakens, we will call it ultimate slavery. It can bring many changes in your life and if this issue increases with time then the reactions of that person can control you completely and you can go astray.

If I talk about my experience, especially with teenagers, this issue begins when they are young and they fall in love and then when they get into a relationship.
For example, if your partner spoke to you with anger, then you would keep thinking that after all he spoke to me angrily because what could be the reason behind it and your mood remains disturbed throughout the day, neither does your mind seem to work properly And you do not feel relaxed in the activity until and unless your partner talks to you clearly about that subject

Apart from this, if we see this issue in the corporate world, many times it happens that our boss tells us anything without any reason, sometimes even scolds us, so in such a situation, we sometimes take this thing very seriously. We take it and keep thinking about the same thing again and again, we will call this thing as slavery because here also someone's reaction has made a difference in you, something or the other is changing inside you.

We should live our life with free mind , no one's words should have any effect in our life and especially negative things not at all because these things not only make you weak but also lower your confidence level. So always only good things should be accepted and bad things should be skipped as soon as you hear them. We often take the bad things inside us but ignore the good things whereas we should have do the opposite.

If we talk about love relationship, then first of all, go into these things only when you have reached a certain age, when you have achieved something in your life, then you should think about love and all, before that there is only one thing in your life,the thing should be there is your goal, think only about your goal, other than that no distraction should come in your life.

And if you are in a love relationship now and if this happens to you too, then you should understand that that person is not right for you because it is very important to have coordination between each other, both the people should know each other's everything. There should be an mutual understanding in both. If one person is dominating and the other person is suffering then it is not a right relationship.In such a situation, you should come out from that relationship.

Now if we talk about another incident where you feel bad about the reaction of a person like your boss or anyone in your office or some other place and you take that thing to heart, then I will tell you only one thing, that is we should never sit on the words of such people who speak without thinking, because a good person always talks after thinking and he never talks in such a way that it hurts the person whom he is talking. You should ignore the words of those people who say anything just to control you and concentrate on your work. Because if you keep thinking those things in your mind, then you will only go into depression and will be a victim of overthinking, and after some time if you look at that particular scenario, you will understand that by doing all this, we will not get anything,then it is better that you do not pay attention at all to what anyone said or to anyone's reaction, and your major focus should be on your work, make yourself so busy in your goals,spent time with your family take care of your health that you don't get time to think all these useless things.

I think most of time we became sad because of our over thinking. Every incident has two kind of point of view one is positive and one is the opposite one. If we see everything in positive point of view then I think it's nothing to a worry but we mostly choose to see everything in negative point of view and its makes our mind unstable and we become sad .

Yes, it is a normal thing to happen. For this, first of all, do one thing that keep your whole day schedule busy. You keep doing some work, and do the work with full concentration on it. Apart from this, you can also listen to high bass music , this also boosts our confidence level. You have to think only one thing in your mind and that is that whatever is happening is temporary, one day change will definitely happen.🙂🙂
