Do Good Things By Heart

We are often taught that we should help others. If we are capable of some things and we have the capability to help another person, then we should not hesitate in doing that. I have often seen that many people spend their entire life helping others, no matter what kind of help it is. Helping gives peace, that peace cannot be found in anything else in life. If we look at the society, here some people are very rich and some people are very poor and this type of non-uniform pattern is seen in the society. If we understand our responsibility that if all our basic expenses and all our expenses are completed, then whatever money is left with us, we should spend that money in helping someone.

Many times we see that some people show off in order to gain popularity on social media. I don't understand that if these people have to help, then can people help even if they are not well or will they help as long as they are welcomed? Today I see that there are many big people who help but they show off so much that the help is of no use because the hidden selfishness is visible in it, which brings out the selfishness in the person. In my childhood, I would hear a saying that if you are helping with one hand, then the other hand should not know about it. I found this saying quite impressive because I saw that this is the right thing because if a person is pretending to help, then it means that the person is selfish and he is helping only when he is getting some benefit. If he does not get any benefit, then that person will not even help.

I saw during the Corona period that many people were helping the poor but they were making this thing so viral on social media that it was very clear that those people were pretending. There were some people who were helping without any selfishness and even though there is no record of such people, but if seen, these people were helping with a true heart because they have no selfishness in this help. Even if you are helping with less money, but if you have no selfishness then here is the help done with a true heart and this help is the real help. Some people help just to show off but such help is of no use because when this help is beneficial for you instead of the other person. Nowadays it is the era of social media, so people do many things to increase their followers and one of these things is that people there help only for show.
We should think about this thing that the help which is given by showing it, embarrasses the person even more because the person who is taking the help also feels a little hesitant because many times this thing is recorded in the room and then it is also posted publicly due to which everything is visible.

If I see a person who is helping just for show and he has his own selfish motive behind it, then I will go to that person and tell him that if you want to help, then help without showing off. I will explain to him how much comfort a person gets from a true heart, whereas if you help someone for your health, then your heart knows that it is wrong and you do not get the reward of that help. If you help with a true heart, then somewhere or the other you get some good result from that thing and if your heart is true then all your work gets done. On the other hand, if you help in this way just for show, then this help will not be counted as any of your good deeds because it is just a show off and nothing more than that.

If you look at it, the people you show such things of help to impress others and to increase your popularity are the same people who make fun of these things because the public knows who is helping whom and why and everyone also knows the person who is helping me with a true heart. I believe that if you are helping someone with a true heart then you will definitely get the result of it in some form or the other because the person who helps someone with a true heart, God also always supports him and helps him in every difficulty. That is why I would just like to say that we should help everyone but we should not have any selfishness in it and try as much as possible to help others in your own way.
