Benefits At My Workplace

We go to some workplace to do a job and many of us choose our workplace according to our education and sometimes they have to go far away from their city. However, there are many people who first do many jobs and then join a particular workplace. It is often seen that a person has to face many problems in the workplace he goes to and very few people are happy with the workplace. If we talk about the problems of the workplace, then there are many people who do not like the environment of the workplace, while there are many people who do not like the workplace because many people work away from their home, so they have a lot of problems in adjusting there. Apart from this, many people do not like the colleagues at the workplace because everyone has a different nature and not everyone acts according to us.

It is often seen that apart from work pressure, there are many other reasons due to which people leave their jobs at work. If we talk about people's likes and dislikes then people like government workplaces more because the first advantage here is that the work pressure is less and the second advantage is that the timing there is also much less than in private workplace due to which employees are able to give time to their families and they do not have any mental stress due to less workload. However, there are many government workplaces where there is a lot of work load during the day and many employees leave their jobs from there too.

If I talk about my workplace, my office is a private company. Well, there is a lot of work pressure in my workplace and there is some office politics here, which I don't like at all and the timings here are also very high and holidays are also very less, which you can understand how difficult it is to work here. But there is one thing due to which I am working here, that is, this office is near my home and in my city, due to which I am able to take care of my home as well. Being close to home, I don't have any problem in cooking food here. If I lived somewhere else or had to work in another city, then I would have to cook food myself and do all the household chores semi, which is very difficult to do these things along with doing a job.

I cannot enjoy this thing because while on one hand this thing has its advantages, if we look at it carefully, it has a lot of disadvantages too. Nothing in our life works 100% in our favor. If there are some good things in something, then there will definitely be some bad things too and this principle applies to many things in our life. Many people go away from their city to work for a good salary, while many people work in their city and manage with less money. Now, here everything depends on the thinking of the person, what kind of lifestyle he likes.

However, if it ever happens that I am transferred to another city, then it will be 100% true that I will leave the job because I want a job in my own city and for which I am facing so many problems.
