Roasting my own coffee || Tostando mi propio café

A pleasure to greet this important community. Today I wanted to show you in this video with English subtitles part of the process that I do every time I have the opportunity to roast my own coffee. The satisfaction of tasting daily something that you yourself processed is something very satisfying. Of course, I am not a professional, but at least I have obtained favorable comments from those who have tasted my product. When I go out to visit friends and family, I can bring them some of this product (ground or unground) and they appreciate it very much. I've found that doing this task is not a chore at all, I'm getting to enjoy it every time I do it.

Hello, @aaalviarez!
Thanks for the subtitles.
English please gif-6.jpg
I enjoyed watching the process, as it's not often that I get to see the roast process done at home. This is amazing. I totally appreciated your video:)

Hello @millycf1976 . It's true, it's not usually talked about much. In the area where I live people grow coffee. In fact, years ago there were large coffee farms. My neighbors and friends are the ones who have taught me. I even roasted coffee once using a fire pit in the backyard of a house. In the domestic kitchen it is simpler. Thank you for appreciating my content. I made it with love and had fun making it. Regards ☕️

Excelente preparación hermano, aprovechando ese regalo de los granos de café. Y nada mejor que terminarlo con un colador de tela. Se ve muy bueno ese café. Felicidades. Aunque esperaste tres días para probarlo, pero me imagino que valió la pena.

Yes, you have to wait three days. You can prepare coffee at once with it if you want, without waiting, but it will still retain some of the carbon dioxide in the bean, because of the roasting and the coffee tastes a little charcoal, burnt. To me it's a bit unpleasant. Then I learned with a gourmet roasting people that they would wait three days for the bean to degas. Of course, if you grind it all at once, the process is accelerated. I leave it in the bean. Thanks for stopping by. Regards @omarcitorojas

waoo first time I see how they prepare it, I only need the apparatus to grind it hehe, but what a good friend, success, nothing like enjoying a delicious coffee, if it is made by oneself better, greetings.

Yes, I think one of the best parts is when others like the degree of roasting you use. It's very satisfying. Thank you for your kind words. Regards @ikigaidesign

Greetings friend, all that process that you did was very good in order to achieve a good cup of coffee, and the best thing is to enjoy all that process of elaboration, despite those three days that you have to wait. I really liked the mill that you use, since it is small, but powerful to get that black gold dust. Great and I hope you enjoyed all of that.

Thank you very much @davidpena21 . Yes, when I roast I usually keep in mind the three days, so I don't need it in that time. That mill is a note. It can also be used to grind other grains and cereals, such as oats, rice, peanuts, etc. Greetings!
