How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also well by the grace of Allah. Today I have come before you with another new post. Today my post is a recipe post. One of my favorite drinks. I have made it. Today I have made a healthy and tasty drink recipe with Carrots with apples and dates. I hope you like it.

In the drink I made today, In today's drink, I have used carrot ,apple and dates. Made in a very healthy way, first let me tell you about the benefits of carrots. Carrots are very beneficial for our eyes. The vitamin A in them is very beneficial for increasing eye power. Moreover, it reduces digestive problems, reduces skin problems and reduces the risk of heart disease. It helps in reducing weight and helps in reducing blood pressure. There are also many other properties in carrots.

Benefits of Apple: - Apple is a very healthy and beneficial fruit. This fruit is a fruit that if you eat it regularly, you will be protected from many diseases. Apple contains many vitamins, some of which are - Vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, potassium, Vitamin K, beta carotene, Vitamin B complex, etc. Eating apples keeps our eyesight good and reduces cholesterol. It helps in producing energy in our body, and there are many other nutritional properties of apples that cannot be mentioned.

Benefits of Dates: - Dates are my favorite food. The current month of Ramadan is going on and now dates are eaten almost every day. There are many benefits for our body. Dates contain glucose, antioxidants, potassium, vitamin C and many other vitamins. It increases our body weight and helps strengthen our bones. These dates are especially beneficial for pregnant women.

I used Tokma seeds. Tokma seeds contain a lot of Omega 3. By consuming these drinks, we lose weight, control blood sugar and help get rid of constipation. I have also used milk. And we all know how beneficial milk is in our daily life. Overall, there is a very healthy explosion in this juice which will benefit our body a lot by drinking it. Through this, our body, our skin and everything in our body will be fine by drinking it regularly. I make this drink most of the time with such ingredients.

Ingredients


Carrot-1
Apple-1
Dates-4
Milk-1 glass
Tokma-2 tablespoons
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Sugar-2 tablespoons
Water-3 glasses

How to make:-

Step 1

First, I cut an apple into small pieces.

Step 2

Then I took a carrot. I peeled the top of the carrot and then I cut the carrots into very small pieces.

Step 3

Then I cut the dates. First I took the small seeds inside the dates. Then I cut all the dates into small pieces. Then I soaked a handful of kapha tokma seeds.

Now I will add the chopped fruits to the blender. I added dates, carrots, and apples.

I put a glass of milk in the blender.

At this stage, I added the right amount of salt and water.

I had a lot of fun drinking this drink today. Because it is very healthy and I make and drink this drink occasionally. So I thought I would share the recipe of this drink with you today. If someone drinks this drink regularly, they will notice a lot of improvement in their body. It is very good to drink because it is very sweet and the reason for its sweetness is that carrots, apples and dates are all sweet foods. Although it is the month of Ramadan, I have used a little sugar. When I am not fasting, on normal days I do not use sugar in it and eat it in a very healthy way. I liked it very much after eating it. I had the food right after iftar. After fasting all day, if such a healthy drink can be consumed, the body feels very fresh and fresh and the body feels energetic. Today, after fasting all day, we should all add such a healthy drink to iftar. Honestly, I could taste the flavors of carrots, apples and dates in it, which was great. And to be honest, although it may not look that gorgeous, it is very delicious to eat. You can also drink this drink of mine to improve your health. I hope you will like this drink of mine too.
