Slurping a warm fish soup at Blanco Court

The city offers almost every type of food from the world's cuisine. I'm pleasantly amazed by the fact that the food scene has never bored me over the years. There are times that I wish that I had to stomach so that I could eat more than what the capacity of a single stomach has.

Tonight, I went back to Blanco Court Fried Fish Noodles Soup restaurant to have a soothing bowl of warm soup.

In comparison to fish soup in hawker centers nearby, this restaurant prices their food higher. The higher price is backed by better quality food so that settles it. The best part of the food scene here in the city is that they price their products right. The consumers in the city are not as forgiving as the ones in the residential district of the country. There are plenty of options in the city so the restaurants are motivated to stay competitive with their products and affordability.

Before I reached the restaurant, I did a pleasurable walk along the Beach road and took some photos with me.

It wasn't a long walk so I reached the restaurant in under 10 minutes. I felt relieved that they were still open even though it was already 30 minutes past 7:00 PM.

As soon as I stepped into the restaurant, I already knew what to order. It's the fried fish soup without milk or cream and then a bowl of rice.

This is the dish that always makes me feel better whenever I feel sick, depressed, or stressed. I honestly think that this dish is therapeutic and it's so delicious too.

And for the adventurous ones, a spicy condiment that will certainly adds a punch into the dish. I'm not a big fan of spicy food so I didn't pick any of these saucers.

I bet everyone is enjoying their dinner. It was a calm night and slurping a warm soup is probably the best way to experience this food.

My journey to the world of food.
